Pronounced ‘jow-zah’, our gyoza dumplings have a thin pastry and a mixed vegetable filling and are matched with a punchy Umami Shiitake broth. Shiitake mushrooms add a firm, meaty flavour and are combined with chilli and fennel to create a delicious, traditionally Japanese flavour to this Asian dish.
